The ingredients needed to cook chicken & gnocchi soup :
- Take 4 Chicken thighs
- Use 1/2 cup Onion diced
- Provide 1/2 cup Carrots diced
- Provide 1/2 cup Celery diced
- Prepare 1 Salt & Pepper to taste
- Provide 4 quart chicken broth
- Get 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
- Take 1/4 cup chopped spinach
- Take 1 packages Gnocchi (not frozen)
Instructions to make Chicken & Gnocchi Soup :
- Heat Stock pot add 2 tbls of olive oil cook chicken til cooked.
- Remove chicken when completely cooked, set aside to cool. Add onions, carrots & celery saute til cooked 10 minutes.
- Add chicken broth to stock pot cook 30 minutes til vegetables are tender. Add Cream of Chicken Soup.
- Add package of Gnocchi cook until done.
- Remove chicken from bone.
- Add spinach & chicken. stir & serve.
